最近お子様の怪我でご来院いただく方が増えております 。
そこで 、今日は応急処置について書かせていただきます 。
応急処置をすることで怪我を早期に回復することや 、痛みを軽減することが可能です 。
是非、覚えていただき、周りの方の応急処置の方法として役立ててください。
応急処置にはRICEという言葉があります 。
· 安静=Rest
· 冷却=Ice
· 圧迫=Compression
· 挙上=Elevation
こちらの言葉のように、まずは安静です。
怪我をしたところを無理に動かしたりしないようにしましょう。
次に冷やします。氷を袋に入れ、タオルで巻いてから約２０分を目安に冷やしましょう。また、痛くなったら再度２０分冷やします。次が圧迫です。包帯やテーピングで行うものですが、ラップなどでも代用は可能です。これは少しともどってしまうかと思うので、冷やした状態で受診されるのがいいかと思います。
そして最後に心臓より高くし、内出血を防ぎましょう！
出先でもコンビニで揃える事ができます。怪我はないのが一番ですが、お子様が痛がっているのは見ていて辛いもの、落ち着いてできるように’ライス’是非覚えてくださいね。
